If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product you’ve purchased on www.papira.ro/shop, you can return it.

THESE ARE THE STEPS YOU MUST FOLLOW:
-Within 14 business days of receiving the product, you must announce your intention to return it. The easiest way to do this is to fill in the return form below. Please do not forget to select one of the return options: Product Exchange or Reimbursement of the amount of money.
-After submitting the return form you will receive an email support from us confirming the reception of your form and then an email in which you are informed of the approval or rejection of your request.
-After announcing your return intention you have 14 business days in which the product must reach us.
If you have opted to repay the amount of money, we will send you the amount by bank transfer. Â The money will be visible in the account within 14 business days from the date you announced us of the return of the products. We will repay your money by the same payment method as the one originally used, unless you have expressly expressed your consent to another way of reimbursement.

RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
The following type of products cannot be returned:
-Custom products, i.e. made according to your specifications, made-to-order.
-Digital products or digital services.
-Services
Attention! Â According TO THE Oug No. 34/2014, art. 16 lit. C, Products made according to the specifications submitted by the consumer or clearly customized cannot be returned. If it is not about customized products, they must be returned in the same state, with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied it (invoice, etc.). Returned products must be in the same condition as upon receipt: no damage, no defects (except hidden vices and except for defects already flagged by the client in correspondence with www.papira.ro )

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the case of defective or damaged products, please send us after submitting the return form, an email to office@papira.ro containing conclusive images with the defective or damaged product, alongside a clearer description of the problem.
All the products you return must be in the same state as you received them. We cannot accept products that have been damaged/altered by you.
We also reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return in the situation of abuse (repeated returns).
