FOR ORDERING SEMI-CUSTOM INVITATIONS

We know that a lot of decisions have to be made and there are countless of options to choose from when it comes to your wedding invitations. We will guide you and help you every step of the way. Below is the process and steps needed to order invitations from the Semi-Custom Collection.

THE PROCESS

1/EXPLORE

Explore the Semi-Custom Collection and choose a design that best suits your style and is consistent with the aesthetics of the event.

2/QUOTE

Please read the Collection Guide before requiring a price offer. The Semi-Custom Collection allows you to customize your invitations by choosing the type of paper, ink color, printing method, etc. Please click on the button below, filling out the form, to receive a price and availability estimate in our calendar.

3/CONSULTATION

During the consultation part of the process, which take place via email, we can discuss any concerns and questions you may have: about the process, paper, colors, printing and so on. We recommend you also order a sample kit, if you want to see how our products translate in real life, before committing to a collaboration. The package includes samples of all printing methods, types of paper, envelopes and colors, and a selection of accessories (wax seal, silk ribbon, fine twine, etc.), from past orders. The cost of the package is 60 EUR.

4/BOOKING

If you decide to go ahead after examining the offer, we will issue an invoice for the advance. For this we will need your billing information (full name, full address). Paying the invoice will book your project in our calendar. Our payment is structured in 2 parts: - 25% non-refundable at the time of booking - 75% after you final digital proof approval

5/CONTENT & DESIGN

Now is the time to send us the final wordings. Once we receive all the details from you we will start working on the digital proof. We will get back to you as soon as the proof is ready, for revision. Please allow us about 5-7 business days for this step. We will provide a digital proof of the stationery/ invitation suite, and after the final revision and approval of it, we will send over the final invoice. Two rounds of revisions are included in your order. Additional revisions will be charged with 85 EUR/revision.

6/PRODUCTION

After the final digital proof has been approved, your invitations will move into production. At this point you will receive the last invoice of your order. After confirmation of payment the production process begins. The production time is as follows:
Digital printing: 10-15 business days, from final approval of the digital proof and payment confirmation
Letterpress & Foil press printing: 25 business days, from final approval of the digital proof and payment confirmation
A rush fee will be charged to ship the order in 5-7 business for digital priting and 15 business days for letterpres/foil press printing.

7/DELIVERY

After your order is printed and assembled, we make sure that everything is carefully packed to be delivered to you safely. We deliver worldwide through DHL Express and in Romania through FanCourier. The shipping cost is supported by the customer and will be invoiced on the final invoice. Please note that — International orders outside the European Union may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country, these are the responsibility of the client. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility. We must also note that we do not offer mailing services and once the goods are delivered, any further handling of the suites is the responsibility of the client. We are not responsible for any losses, damages or delays by the post offices the client chooses to mail their invitations with.
